Study in Support of the evaluation of the Database Directive

On April 25, 2018, the European Commission published a "Study in Support of the evaluation of the Database Directive". Although the Study was provided  by JIIP, the Joint Institute for Innovation Policy, and Technopolis, these bodies were assisted by two legal experts, Professor Estelle Derclaye (University of Nottingham) and Professor Lionel Bently.
